everything was good, little hotel, the location was marvellous close enough to the tourist spots like rizal park, fort santiago, as well as park in the nearest pay parking in the area. had a really nice stay in our good sized room with extra bed and loft style and a/c.
Views were unpleasant.

The proximity to Robinsons Mall and supermarket made grabbing essentials straightforward. The Premier Studio Suite featured a kitchen, nice for easy meal prep .
The location in a bustling area might not appeal to all. Traffic and pollution were noticeable. The loft accommodations required crossing a street and navigating multiple buildings, complicating check-in and check-out. The room key system forced power shutdowns when leaving the room, which could be a hassle .

Room is clean, good size, big flat screen TV with very good TV signal, beds are comfy with clean beddings/sheets.
limited car parking, good for only 5 cars at a time. walking to the nearest mall is crowded with plenty of street vendors. The continental breakfast (fresh fruit) are horrible, most of the time they are not fresh (in can) and either over riped or under.
